He has a rich multi-industry experience of 20 + years and has worked in the Information Technology sector for a larger part of his experience as well as with the Manufacturing Sector early on in his career. He has considerable expertise across all business functions with hard core understanding of the Technology Industry, having run his own software Development venture prior to moving to the recruitment industry. Currently heading a Professional Executive Search & Recruitment firm for leadership hiring on mandates in the Technology , Telecom, Analytics & Outsourcing verticals for clients both in India and across the Globe.

Prior to this engagement, Abraham headed the National Search practice with IKYA, and a top Global Search firm EMA Partners and started his recruitment career with ABC Consultants, India’s leading Recruitment firm, in their National Technology Practice. Currently synergizing his expertise in Technology and Business Consulting, offering a range of premium Executive Search & Recruitment Services to assist organizations, in their search for Premium Talent, in the Technology – Outsourcing – Analytics -cTelecom industry.

MEGHA
CO FOUNDER &
MANAGING PARTNER

She started her career in the Recruitment industry 15 years ago and has since built her career as a successful recruiter in the Telecom- Technology - Auto - Engineering and Infrastructure sector. She has worked on both sides of the table starting her career in the Recruitment Industry. Prior to co-founding her own firm, she worked in the Corporate Human Resource function heading both Generalist and Recruitment Corporate Functions for a leading name in the Engineering space. She has an avid personal interest in the Engineering sector which has translated to success when recruiting for this vertical and has a great understanding of her sectors, with strong corporate connects to build an exclusive network of high net worth professionals.

Currently she heads the practice for delivering on mandates in the Telecom - Automotive, Engineering and Infrastructure verticals. In her last assignment, She worked with Earth Water Group as Head Talent Acquisition and was associated with Personnel Search Services (PSS), a pioneer in Executive Search space in India as well as with 3P Consultants.

Megha is a MBA in Human Resources from MILS , Mumbai AND a B.SC in Chemistry from Mumbai University

Jaspreet has been a part of core team for kick starting three Technology Practices in her career. She started her recruitment career with ABC Consultants as a part of their Technology Practice which was a start up practice with no business and no networks in place. She was a part of a lean start up team, responsible for senior level positions for Technical/Generic Functions in the Technology and Telecom space. This practice in its First year was Adjudged Regional Best Practice several times and was later the part of National Top 20 Billers League/Annual Conference in its first full working year. Over the years, she has built on experience in setting up successful start up practices for various Recruitment companies.

She has strong Knowledge of Technology /Telecom Companies and a network of candidates across both nationally and international locations. She has successfully completed many critical Senior/Leadership (CXO/Functional Heads) searches efficiently across USA/EMEA/APAC and has been strongly recommended by her clients and candidates.
Currently as the Principal Consultant - Global Exec Search & Recruitment (Consulting Team) with Professional Heights where she is not only responsible for delivering on mandates –Senior/mid level leadership hiring but also for creating business and professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Jaspreet is an Masters in (Psychology) and She has completed her PGDM in( Human Resources) from AIMA.
