We feel Executive Search and Recruitment Services which clients and candidates have access to in the country, can vastly be improved upon. Since we work globally, we work with a very large talent pool of candidates who are always on the lookout for their next career move. Typically in Leadership Hiring firms, consultants reach out to ‘passive’ candidates in the hope of finding relevant profiles for their searches.

Successful closure depends on their ability to have access to some validated database either in-house or on social media networks or job boards or references. Since these are time based searches, successful sourcing of candidates usually depend on client timelines and access to a responsive talent pool. Typically most recruiters are in touch with many candidates depending on the search process used, but most ‘passive’ candidates who fit the role might not have access to all the recruiters who could get them the next career move they are looking for. This is a very large grey area, which if addressed properly can be a very useful service provided for all the people in the Recruitment Value Chain network i.e Clients, Candidates and Recruiters.

With an aim to fill this gap and after many detailed brain storming sessions, the concept of Circle of Trust was created. In its current form, the network is being built online on social media in the form of an Exclusive group. At the moment we allow members of this group to exclusively take a sneak-peak at our live mandates posted on the group and interact and apply with our teams for any mandates of their interest. In time, we intend to let successful industry recruiters to also have access to this network pool as well as candidates to access multiple recruiters.

We plan to take this initiative forward onto a full blown portal which will allow premium net worth professionals to interact with complete confidentiality with best-of-breed recruiters and allow them to showcase their profile to a targeted group of leading Executive search firms and Corporate HR who handle top assignments worldwide.
